Hoopeston Public Library has received an LSTA grant to provide learning opportunites for people who would like to start a home-based business using E-commerce. “Funding for this grant was awarded by the Illinois state Library (ISL),a Department of the Office of Secretary of State, isomg funds provided by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services (ILMS), under the federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).”
